This “Privacy Policy” describes the privacy practices of Pia Lashay LLC, this includes all dba(s), vendors marked inclusive and warehouse and manufacturers who have been marked inclusive.

CUSTOM ORDERS

Custom orders can be produced. For consultation information please contact via our contact page. We can not honor exchanges or refunds on a custom item, once you sign a custom form. Simply because the order may be a custom design that was your request and not ours, or a custom size that would be merely impossible to find another’s interest or re-sell. Custom orders may not be returned or refunded whatsoever. Custom Orders include, any changes to a design we offer, whether it's a change in the pattern or a different choice of color or print we don't offer in that style.

PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT

Personal information you provide to us has been collected to boost interest in site and attract returning customers with promo, deals and arrival of new items.

Collected information is never sold to a third party. Pia Lashay LLC has all intentions to protect all customers private information.

SHIPPING POLICY

All items purchased directly from Pia Lashay Studios are shipped within 3-4 days unless a custom order. Handpicked items can take 14-21 days to ship and up to 30 days for delivery. Handpicked items sometimes do not come directly from Pia Lashay Studios and are being sent directly from vendors or a warehouse. Items may also come individually and not all together when ordering more than one item. Please allow time spectrums to vary per item.

RETURN POLICY

Home decor is always final sale and cannot be returned. Any items purchased on SALE can be denied return. Any worn or damaged items will be returned to sender.
